Who we are

[Company legal name], [Registered address], is the controller of personal data processed through this site. Contact us at [privacy@your-domain].

What we collect

Enquiries: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method and a short description of your situation.

Accounts: your email address, display name, optional profile photo, plan and sign-in security settings.

Appointments and calls: booking times, participants, call start and end times. Audio and video are carried live between participants and are not recorded by us.

Demo rooms: what you say to an automated demo guide is sent to our AI provider only to generate the reply, and is not stored as a recording.

Camera backgrounds

Background blur and replacement happen entirely on your own device. Camera frames are never uploaded for this purpose.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange and run mediation sessions, manage your account, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are your request for our services, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Case records are kept for 6 years after a matter closes unless the law requires otherwise. You can close your account at any time.

Who we share it with

Carefully chosen providers that host the site, send email, carry calls and generate demo replies, each bound by data-processing terms. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to certain uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.
