Mediation and conflict support

Conflict is exhausting. Finding the next step should not be.

We help people in family, workplace, commercial and community disputes understand their options, then hold the conversation that can move things forward, in an impartial and confidential way.

Free 30-minute call. No obligation, and a mediator tells you honestly if mediation is not right.

Start here

Five short questions, and a clearer view of your options

Most people arrive unsure whether mediation applies to them at all. Firmediation finds your path, asks what is happening, then sets out the most likely route, realistic timing and what to have ready — before you speak to anyone.

01

Describe the situation

Five plain questions. No forms, no account, nothing recorded.

02

See the likely route

The service that usually fits, alongside an honest alternative.

03

Decide with a person

A mediator confirms suitability. The guidance never decides for you.

Why people trust mediation

Impartial, confidential, and entirely voluntary

Impartial by design

Mediators hold no stake in the outcome and make no findings about who was right.

Confidential throughout

Discussions stay in the room, with narrow, clearly explained exceptions for safeguarding.

Voluntary at every stage

You can pause or stop at any point, and every other option remains open to you.

Human assessment first

A mediator, not an algorithm, decides whether your situation is suitable for mediation.

What it costs

The fee is agreed before you commit

The assessment call is free. Session mediation starts from £165 per person, and a full mediation day starts from £1,250 per party — preparation, private sessions and the written outcome included.

In people's words

What changes when someone holds the structure

We had stopped being able to finish a sentence with each other. Having someone hold the structure meant we could actually plan the school year.
Co-parents, family mediation
The private sessions were the part that mattered. I said the thing I could not say in the room, and it still moved us forward.
Employee, workplace mediation
We were three months from a hearing. One day of mediation cost less than the next round of correspondence would have.
Managing director, commercial mediation

These reflections were written to illustrate the prototype. They are not genuine client testimonials.
