Nothing on this site, including Find your path, is legal advice or a decision about your case. A mediator always confirms whether mediation is suitable.
Automated demo guides
The Video and Phone Demo Rooms use automated guides. They are not mediators, they cannot advise on your case, and their presence never means a real mediator is available.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts used to harm others or the service.
Plans and payments
Plan prices are shown on the Fees page. Checkout currently runs in test mode and no real payment is taken.
Call rooms
Only invited participants may join a room. Do not record a session without the agreement of everyone present.
Liability
We take reasonable care to run the service well, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes agreed between parties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
